We’re thrilled to share some exciting news that marks a major milestone in our journey—3B Training is now part of the Morson Group.
This strategic move sees 3B Training acquired by Morson, a global leader in talent solutions, and forms part of their ambitious expansion into the training and development space. For us, this isn’t just a change of ownership—it’s an exciting opportunity to enhance the way we support our clients, delegates, and supply chain across the UK.
Since 2011, we’ve been on a mission to deliver world-class health and safety training to the construction sector. We’ve grown from a small team with one training location in Wigan to one of the largest construction training providers in the UK, offering classroom, practical and online training courses as well as NVQs and eLearning.
Joining Morson allows us to scale that mission. Their reputation in the rail and power sectors and their deep commitment to talent development perfectly complement our strengths in construction training. Together, we’ll create a powerhouse of applied skills training across multiple high-demand sectors.
This next chapter is full of potential. We’re incredibly excited about what’s ahead and the opportunities this unlocks—not just for 3B, but for everyone we work with.
