This years theme was ” 3B Oscars” and staff achievements, attitudes, and performances were recognised and applauded by all.
3B staff travelled from 2 to 200 miles in order to attend the 3B Oscars, and enjoyed an evening of fine dining, dancing, and drinking champagne.
This was awarded to Joanne Thompson and Jodie Perry who both work incredibly hard; not only in their official roles but also ensuring the smooth running of the company on a day to day basis. We literally couldn’t do it without them.
Having only been with the company for just over 12 months Alex Austin was given an award for his contribution to the company on a daily basis. He has a great reputation with the clients, a can-do attitude and both staff and clients can always rely on him to get the job done well.
As a company, we have expanded our training department and now provide training courses across the whole of the UK. Our training team dedicate their time to this side of the business; but it wouldn’t be possible without the help of many others within the company, specifically Brian Thorpe and Katy Middleton.
No celebration of staff would be complete without an Employee of the Year award at the 3B Oscars. Staff across all our offices nominated, then voted for the employee they thought was essential to the success of the company on a day to day basis. This year’s winner was Ruth Berry. Ruth takes on a large workload, always going the extra mile to please others, whilst keeping a big smile on her face.
Awarded to the member of staff who helped make the biggest profit for our company throughout 2013. It was a close call between three very successful members of the company, but a well-deserved win went to Graham Hacking who has worked hard consistently and achieved great results month after month.
The evening was a great success and was exceptionally well organised by our Directors.
All of the staff had a great evening and thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
