NEBOSH Blending Learning is an alternative style of learning to the classroom course for NEBOSH qualifications. NEBOSH General Certificate Blended Learning is available to attend with 3B Training nationwide.
Blended learning combines a mixture of learning styles, such as remote learning, eLearning, or distance learning. Unlike a standalone eLearning course, blended learning requires the physical presence of a tutor in some form. Although this is the case, some elements of the learning can be completed over time by the student. In some circumstances, learners decide to replace classroom study with remote learning (webinars and video chat).
NEBOSH Blended Learning with 3B Training allows the learner to study in their own time through a course textbook. Learners will also have a support folder, filled with example questions, NEBOSH policies and guidance.
To complete your NG1 unit, you’ll be required to undertake an open-book assessment. This can be accessed from anywhere, and you will have 24 hours to complete it. For additional details and to see some examples, you can visit here.
Alongside this 3B Training will also provide the learner with one-to-one video calls with a tutor in which they will learn different aspects of the course. These calls are 1-hour long, and there will be 5 of them per learner.
The risk assessment aspect of a regular NEBOSH course is still the same. Delegates will need to complete a risk assessment to complete NG2.
Blended learning can be very beneficial as it offers very augmented and flexible learning that can be completed at the learner’s convenience. The remote aspects of the course also allow delegates to stay social with their tutor and fellow learners, whereas distance learning does not offer that.
NEBSOH Blended Learning, or any other blended learning course help to reduce the cost of training. Companies can remove the cost of travel, accommodation, and material costs by going blended.
NEBSOH eLearning cuts out all personal interaction that the NEBOSH Blended Learning approach and classroom training have. The learner takes the course directly over a device screen through a range of video content, interactive materials, and mock assessments. They also have the option to download all learning materials, virtually including downloadable audiobooks.
3B Training offers both NEBOSH General Certificate eLearning and NEBOSH Construction Certificate eLearning. Exams are not included in this course; they need to be booked separately.
