If you’re looking to train a group of employees then in-house training could be the perfect solution.

We offer in-house training to allow colleagues from the same company to attend a training course together. Instead of booking spaces on an existing public course, an in-house course is arranged specifically for your organisation which gives you more flexibility over the date and location you’d like your training to take place.

Depending on the course you require, in-house training can take place at a suitable venue of your choice, online or at a 3B Training venue. The number of delegates that can attend an in-house course will depend on the course and the awarding body requirements, but it’s often beneficial to consider an in-house course if you’re looking to train five delegates or more.

      Which courses can be delivered in-house?

      All of the training courses we offer at 3B Training can be delivered as in-house courses. They can be tailored to better suit your organisation or we can work with you to build a bespoke course if that better suits your needs.

    • Can you help us to create a bespoke course?

      Absolutely! We love to do this with our customers to make sure we satify all of their training needs. Our expert training team will work with you to outline your requirements, write & build the course and then deliver it to your employees. We can include everything from practical sessions to written exams.

    • How to enquire about in-house training with 3B Training?

      We quote all of our in-house courses on a case-by-case basis as each clients requirements are different. The price will vary depending on delivery style, location, equipment needed and delegate numbers.

    • Do you deliver in-house online courses?

      Not only can we come to your site to deliver in-house training courses, you can also come to a 3B venue and we can deliver them online learning.

      Online in-house courses are usually delivered using Zoom, however if your business uses another system we can work with you.

    • Can I claim CITB grant for in-house training?

      You can still claim CITB grant for your in-house courses as long as the course is eligible for grant and your company is CITB registered. As a CITB Approved Training Organisation (ATO) 3B submits the necessary paperwork for our clients after the course has been completed, meaning you’ll receive your grant money as quickly as possible.
